A man has been rushed to hospital following an incident on a Glasgow city centre road this afternoon.
The incident happened at around 3.55pm on Tuesday when emergency services rushed to Union Place following reports of a man found injured. He has since been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. The extent of his injuries is not currently known. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At 3.55pm on Tuesday, 15 October, police were called to a report of a man found injured in Union Place, Glasgow. "The man has been taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the incident."
