Glasgow City beat Queen's Park to move level on points with SWPL leaders Rangers and Hearts.
With Rangers as well as Celtic having been in Women's Champions League action over the previous five days, neither were playing weekend league games and City took advantage.Queen's Park fell further behind in first-half added time as Lisa Forrest netted.
City were awarded a penalty after the break and Nicole Kozlova converted. Maatta soon scored twice in quick succession. Aleigh Gambone added her name to the list of scorers before Kozlova got two more to complete her hat-trick. Partick Thistle were comfortable 4-0 winners on the road against Motherwell while Aberdeen and Dundee United took a point each from their 1-1 draw in the north east.in Friday's Edinburgh derby to move level on points with Rangers, though with an inferior goal difference. City are third, two points above Celtic, who like Rangers have a game in hand.
