The Coffee Stop, located inside Paisley Gilmour Street station, will serve hot and cold drinks alongside pastries and homemade sweet-treats including brownies, blondies and millionaire shortbread.

"We’ve had to completely gut the place, rip the woodwork and paint everything. We’ve put some life into the place, it was very dark before. We have brightened it up and made it our own.Customers are right in front of us which is great. "It’s been a labour of love and more challenging than anything I faced in my previous job. We are buzzing and really motivated."
