'I just sell wee bits to get by'
Sean Keenan, 25, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday after pleading guilty to being in possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
Shortly before 11pm on April 16, 2022, cops were on patrol in an unmarked vehicle when they spotted a man jump into the passenger side of Keenan’s car, which was parked in the Southside.He was instructed to stop on Woodneuk Road and asked to exit his car. Officers noticed a large bundle of cash on the console, and Keenan was told he would be detained for a search.A Kinder Egg capsule containing five wraps of white powder was found, meanwhile, one small bag of white powder was found in the car.
The prosecutor said: “Along with the £2860 in cash, two mobile phones were found. He was taken to Helen Street police office for a full search.“No further items were recovered.”Keenan was cautioned and charged and made no reply.Sheriff Patricia Pryce deferred sentencing until August 16.
