Glasgow First Bus services will be impacted by the coronation of King Charles III during the Monday bank holiday
First Bus Glasgow has confirmed it will to run a limited operation on the day of the King's Coronation.
On Monday May 8, a bank holiday will be held to mark the coronation of King Charles III and whilst not taking place in Scotland, services will be affected.On a notice on a First Bus services within the city centre, the multi-national transport group said: "Please note on the following dates we will be operating a Sunday service on all services."
The coronation preparation is underway with many people looking to take time off with pubs across Glasgow set to extend their licencing hours to celebrate. To get the 10 day break in May using just four days of annual leave, you should request May 2 to May 5 off.
