The Smashing Pumpkins brought their UK and Ireland tour to the popular Glasgow venue, supported by fellow rockers Weezer, last night but a number of fans allegedly missed out on some of the action.
Thousands of concert-goers were said to have been waiting outside the OVO Hydro an hour after doors opened for a gig on Wednesday night.
Rock band The doors opened at 6.30pm as excited fans made their way inside the venue, however, many were left waiting outside while the opening act took to the stage to perform.READ MORE: Paisley family of six living in cramped one bedroom flat in desperate plea for bigger homeOne person said: "The Hydro left thousands of fans queuing up outside tonight, an hour after doors opened, missing both the opening act and the co-headliner Weezer, who came on at 7.15pm.We have contacted the venue for comment.
