A Glasgow gran has lost her husband in a horror house blaze after an e-scooter caught fire in the hallway of the family home.
Emergency service raced to the scene to bring the fire under control which took three hours due to the extent of the flames. "Cheryl's kids, brother and Sandra were upstairs - in the moment she felt she had to make the decision to save her kids and the rest of the family upstairs or her dad. She tried to drag him out but she couldn't manage.
She said: "My auntie Sandra and my cousins are completely traumatised. They were left in complete shock.
