CEO, Charles Maasz, told Glasgow Live: "When it comes to those who are street homeless, the number is possibly below 20 and that was due to the efforts in the city in getting people in during the cold snap which is recent. "We will operate a skeleton service from our ground floor on Crimea St, and the Simon Community Hub will also run a skeleton staff as they are also affected by the conditions and transport issues.
