The Marriott Hotel responded to criticism after a guest was given a fine for using their car park 🫣

In a scathing one star review, the visitor took to Tripadvisor to vent their frustration after being handed a £60 fine, three weeks after going to the hotel for a drink.The reviewer on Tripadvisor stopped off at the hotel in December, on their way to pick up their brother before a family funeral.The reviewer then went onto explain why they complained and started with "I would not go to this hotel.

"I didn't notice any signs to pay for parking and would have gone elsewhere, or paid if I had. 3 weeks later a £60 fine."The manager of hotel replied to the reviewer on Tripadvisor and said: "thanks for your post and for bringing this to my attention. "That said please send me details of your fine and I will do my very best to have this removed for you."
