The killer sent 'despicable' pictures and messages of the victim to a number of people
A killer who sent photos of his victim to others after he had stabbed him to death received a life sentence yesterday.
Palfreman later claimed he had been defending himself and was affected by someone in his head called "Mr Darkside".There were audible gasps from Mr Palfreman's family in the public gallery as Lord Summers ordered him to do a minimum 12-year punishment period behind bars. "You must have realised after three hours the enormity of what you did and took steps to phone the emergency services."
Police later arrived at the flat and Palfreman told them he had gone to bed and "woke up hoping it would all be away".
