Veronica Bell met her daughter, Nadine, at her home in Scotstoun last Tuesday, however, the family have not seen the mother or her two-year-old son, Cole, since.
A concerned family have launched an appeal on social media after a Glasgow mum and her two-year-old son disappeared on Halloween.Concerns grew after a message sent from her phone on Friday, November 3, stated that Veronica would return home from a friend's caravan the following day. The mum has not been in contact since.
"I spoke to her on the phone later on that day, about dinner time and everything was okay, a few hours later I tried to phone her again and I got a message from someone else using her phone which is unusual as my mum has a password to get into it. "After this I hadn’t heard from her until Friday afternoon,I got a message saying she’s at her friends caravan and would be home the next day which would take us on to Saturday, she’s still not been home since then and hasn’t been in contact with anyone.
"I’ve contacted the police and reported her and Cole as missing as I’m getting really worried. If anyone has heard anything from her or knows anyone she could be with then please let me or the police know." When contacted by Glasgow Live, a Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We have received a report and enquiries are ongoing."
