The charity is opening the doors to its Victoria Road branch, in Govanhill, from 7pm on Friday (July 12) for an evening of entertainment to raise money for relief efforts in Gaza.

An Oxfam store in Glasgow is hosting a charity fundraising night with live music, snacks and a raffle to take part in - all for a good cause.

The monies raised during the charity event - which costs £5 per ticket - will go towards helping Oxfam's team on the ground in Gaza to support people suffering. She said: "Our shop has always been a hub for community and support which is why we have decided to host this event to raise much-needed funds for the Gaza crisis.

Performer Dale McPhail added: "I'm excited to perform at this event because it brings our community together to support such a meaningful cause. It's a wonderful opportunity for all of us to unite, share joy through music, and make a positive impact together."
