Golf It! at Hogganfield Park have launched weekly sessions for Glaswegians battling dementia, Parkinson's, depression and loneliness - the sessions take place every Monday.

A popular attraction in Glasgow is on a mission to help those who suffer from chronic illnesses to get back into playing golf - or get started with the sport.

Dubbed the 'Golf In Society', the sessions every Monday are dedicated to providing support and friendship through playing golf. They also aim to bring the joy of golf to those who might not have experienced it before.READ MORE: Glasgow Christmas light switch-on ballot for George Square extravaganza ends in hours
