Great work from these school kids 🥰
Pupils from St Paul’s Primary in Whiteinch, Drumchapel High and Milton Bank School and nursery took part in Wheatley Homes week of action which ran from Monday, March 20 until Friday, March 24.The week saw areas such as Scotstoun, Drumchapel and Milton, getting a good scrub through litter picking and the rejuvination of communual spaces.The Wheatley Neighbourhood Environment Teams also upgraded benches and garden furniture and planted trees on some unused land.
Speaking on the action, Aisling Mylrea, director of Wheatley Homes Glasgow, said:"We are very proud of the work undertaken by our NETs service and other Wheatley staff all week throughout Glasgow. "The difference this week has made on our local areas is brilliant and hopefully encourages keep up the work our staff and volunteers have started.
"The Week of Action was about showcasing the work carried out by our NETs staff and it was great to see customers, school pupils and other volunteers get involved."
