The delays are due to an earlier broken down train in Clydebank and train fault at Motherwell as well as 'slippery rails' following the previous days severe weather.
Glasgow rail passengers are facing major disruption this morning with a number of services cancelled.
ScotRail services are continuing to experience disruption in the wake of the storm.
