Glasgow student killed in horror train crash in Greece as tributes paid to popular singer
A Royal Conservatoire of Scotland graduate has been named as one of the victims killed in a fatal train crash in Greece.
The former pupil has been remembered as a “very popular and promising young singer” with her death affecting many staff and students, Glasgow Live reports. "Elisavet graduated from the BMus programme in July 2021. She was a very popular student and a promising young singer, known to many of our graduates, current students and staff.
Facebook users sent their thoughts and well-wishes to Eli's family and friends. One person said: "Tragic and unnecessary waste of talent. Condolences to all her friends and family."
