He was shouting ‘get off the f*****g phone, you f*****g idiot’.
Police were asked to attend at around 8pm. They knocked on the front door but there was no reply.
At Glasgow Sheriff Court this week, prosecutor Darren Harty said: “He was shouting ‘if you get me the jail’, ‘get off the f*****g phone’, ‘get off the f*****g phone, you f*****g idiot’.“He was traced sometime later on Westercommon Road, at which point he became aggressive towards officers, telling them to ‘f**k off’, and that he wasn’t going to jail.
His lawyer said: “He resides with his mother, so a restriction of liberty order is not suitable due to that reason. He is suitable for the youth court.”
