The Glasgow Times was awarded at the prestigious event on Wednesday.
Stories won the honour at the annual event, which recognises the best in Scottish journalism, on June 9.
The award was collected by Norman Silvester who researches and writes the scripts for the series which is narrated by Taggart star Alex Norton. The weekly podcast, which is produced by Ema Sabljak, brings together the city's biggest cold cases and most shocking crimes in 20-minute episodes and features detailed reports with fresh interviews.Stacey Mullen, Glasgow Times editor, said:"It was a privilege to receive so many nominations at this year’s Scottish Press Awards and the event really was a night to showcase Scottish journalism at its best.
Gabriel McKay, who previously worked at the Glasgow Times before joining our sister title The Herald, was runner-up Feature Writer of the Year.The paper's reporting of the Queen's death in September last year was shortlisted for Best Coverage of a Live Event, Lauren Brownlie was nominated for Regional Feature Writer of the Year, Amanda Keenan was shortlisted for Regional Reporter of the Year, our Beat the Squeeze series was nominated for Best Campaign, and wwww.glasgowtimes.co.
