Communities from Glasgow have rallied together to send aid to Turkey and Syria after a magnitude 7.8 earthquake destroyed parts of the middle eastern countries on Monday.

Four fire fighters from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have joined a rescue operation in Turkey to save those who are still trapped, two days after the earthquake.
