It's claimed Darren Morrison was driving dangerously and at excessive speed when he struck Julie Welsh in Springburn.
Julie was taken to hospital where she suffered a traumatic head injury, a fractured top rib, a broken left arm, extensive lower leg and pelvic injuries.Miss McGowan added: "There was a miscarriage of her unborn child." She added: "Miss Welsh has severe brain damage, is blind in one eye, has no awareness of her external surroundings and cannot communicate."She requires a hoist into her specialist wheelchair bit spends most of her time in bed, she has no independent mobility. Her condition is unlikely to improve."
