Well done Sylvia! 👏

A woman from Glasgow was named on King Charles' first birthday honours list for the fantastic work she does to help fellow females overcome hardship

She told Glasgow Live: "I had this idea that it would be really great to offer workshop and wellbeing spaces so women can get time to reflect on their own self care. "As a result of that we ended up opening a health and wellbeing in the north of the city. There we offer a variety of support services. "Then I started to recover and look at how I can build my self-esteem back up. Over a 10 year period I worked through the trauma and then built a pathway to navigating it quicker.MsMissMrs has now helped many women rebuild themselves and their lives over the last nine years.
