Gleeson Homes, which acquired the first phase of the stalled Bartle Lane development from Hollins Homes, is seeking to change the housing mix to include more starter homes. The general layout of the development will remain largely unchanged, according to planning officers. Preston City Council will consider the proposals on January 9th.
