Experienced League of Ireland midfielder relishing move to the Lurgan Blues
Glenavon new boy Keith Ward said he had no hesitation about moving to Mourneview Park after meeting with boss Stephen McDonnell.
The 33-year-old won the title during his first spell at Oriel Park, where he also worked alongside McDonnell and his assistant Simon Kelly. That made the move easier but Ward insisted it was "an easy decision" to make. "The pitch is in great nick as well, so it was an easy decision. I’m excited about the calibre of players and looking forward to the season.”
