Everyone wanted that perfect view of the Headlands stage during Blackpool's celebrations to mark the Coronation of King Charles III.
This weekend was a momentous occasion has hundreds of thousands tuned into the Coronation of King Charles. London's celebrations were, as expected, on a huge scale, with the biggest military procession since the 1950s when Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Coronation, and of course, members of the public were treated to the spectacular sight of the King and Queen travelling through the city in a gilded carriage pulled by horses. But it wasn't just London that made the most of the celebrations and the long weekend.
Residents across our county made the most of the sunny weather and an extra day off today to celebrate. Parties were held across Blackpool, Morecambe and more as people welcomed the new King.We've pulled together some of the pictures that our photographer, James Maloney, captured at the weekend - and it looks like people had fun. Crowds gathered across Lancashire for street parties and family get-togethers.
As you can expect, there were a lot of Union Jack flags involved and a lot of cake - rightly so. See if you can spot yourself in our picture gallery.
