Glovers Court has proven a popular parking spot in the city - despite permission lapsing in 2019

It has been in use since receiving a temporary approval in 2016 for three years, with works carried out to tarmac the site and set out the parking spaces, erect a boundary wall, inputting pay station machines and payment information boards.

The site is located in the city centre and falls within the Winckley Square Conversation Area, and an extension to a primary shopping area and is surrounded by many shops, bars and restaurants.On behalf of the applicant, agents PWA Planning said: “The site is located centrally within the City Centre, in an area which would benefit from continued parking provision.
