This Is Your Life is set to return to TV screens after 20 years, with a number of channels in talks to bring back the iconic show and a GMB star tipped to host
Classic nostalgic TV show This is Your Life might be making a comeback after an incredible 20-year hiatus and although chats are still underway on which channel would pick up the hit show, interest is keen to breathe new life into the once-cherished show.
The most iconic bit, the massive red book gifted to the star at the end, filled with juicy nuggets about their journey so far. After ending its regular run in 2003, intertwining a few specials until 2007, producers feel it's time for a comeback - and they might have a host, or two, in mind. "Since it last ran properly in 2003 many more celebrities are now worthy of the big, red book treatment. It was always such an honour to appear, bosses are confident a whole new generation of stars will embrace a surprise visit from the team."
Former Pointless host Richard Osman has also been clued in on the plans to revive the iconic show. Speaking on his podcast The Rest Is Entertainment, he shared: "I got a message from a very big name TV presenter saying they'd just been offered a reboot of This Is Your Life."
