Susanna Reid said she 'fought with Piers Morgan every day' before his dramatic exit from Good Morning Britain . The TV presenter sensationally quit the ITV programme three years ago following an on-air disagreement about Meghan Markle.
In an insight into that time, his co-host Susanna has opened up about their friendship behind the scenes and what it was like in the days leading up to his surprising exit. Speaking to The Times, she said of the former Britain's Got Talent judge: "I mean, first, he’s tough - I don’t mean tough to work with, he’s great to work with - but he could start a fight in an empty room, and he would start a fight with me every morning on air, so I toughened up.
