A Greater Manchester Police officer shared 'grossly offensive and shocking' texts, photos, videos and memes. Now former PC Christopher Saddoo exchanged 'numerous messages with a known third party'.
He resigned from GMP in September, 2014. Chief Constable Watson said in the ruling he found allegations Mr Saddoo breached various standards of professional behaviour to be proven and that they amounted to gross misconduct. "It is also clear that this type of behaviour falls squarely into that which understandably concerns the public greatly in the light of contemporary failures of police standards, discipline and behaviour," he went on.
