In the teaser, Kong is shown deliberately not using his bloody right arm, with other footage in the video showing his one-on-one showdown with Skar King and his eventual wielding of a mech-arm. The larger Monsterverse franchise of movies has now featured a number of titans and monsters, most of whom have been dispatched by either Godzilla or Kong. Godzilla, for example, fights multiple MUTO monsters as well as Ghidorah in his first two solo movies. Although not technically a titan, Mechagodzilla appears at the end of Godzilla vs Kong and is defeated by the combined power of both hero titans.
