Gogglebox fans have been in hysterics
The couple joined Gogglebox in 2015 from their cosy cottage in Wiltshire. They are one of the longest-lasting households to appear on the Channel 4 show.
But it was the way she cut it - with a pair of scissors - that left fans divided. Giles said: "Nobody would eat that now you've made a dog's dinner out that sandwich." On fan said on social media: "Cutting sandwiches with scissors?!" as another added: "Why is Mary cutting sandwiches with a pair of scissors?" A third wrote: "Cutting sandwiches with scissors, is that a thing?"
