Gogglebox sensation Amy Tapper, 24, has achieved a significant weight loss milestone of losing four stone since 2022. The reality star celebrated her accomplishment on Instagram, thanking her trainer and sharing insights into her diet and fitness routine.
Gogglebox sensation Amy Tapper , 24, has just hit a major weight loss milestone, dropping an incredible four stone. The reality star took to Instagram on Monday with a celebratory video alongside her personal trainer, announcing the achievement she's been working towards since 2022.
She's not stopping here though; speaking to Closer, Amy shared that once she hits the six to eight stone loss mark, she's got big plans for herself. Speaking to the Metro, she revealed: "There was nothing specific because I've struggled with my weight since I was about eight-years-old... I've always tried every diet under the sun, I've done everything from shakes to this, to that..."
She continued: "When I went to Disney with my family, me and my dad had to sit in a different row on a ride because we needed bigger seats. When things like that happen it's horrible. It makes you feel like you're not normal."
