Gogglebox star Jonathan Tapper has proudly shown off his three stone weight loss.
He told the publication that despite slimming down in the past, he found that over the years the weight had ‘crept back on.’The father-of-two said: ‘Filming for Gogglebox could take up to 12 hours a week and that was 12 hours that I was paid to sit around without moving. And it appears to have done just that, as the reality star has managed to go from 21st 3lb to 18st 8lb, and has even lost four inches from around his waist.He now eats cucumber instead of crisps
