THIS is the moment Good Morning Britain's weatherman broke out in an extraordinary outburst during a live debate on knife crime.and Susanna Reid were interviewing police federation chairman John Apter who was arguing more prisons were needed to crack down on offenders.
"Some of these boys don’t fear prison, if we don’t change the environment we won’t change anything. This has been happening for years, years, and it’s not always in the media." In a response to a question by Piers Morgan about stop and search targeting young black men, he said: "It's not that I don't think we should have stop and search, I just don't think it always works."
