Google Maps brings a huge new feature to iOS and Android phones

Google Maps will begin rolling out a new kind of navigation feature to the iOS and Android versions of its app.

This kind of augmented reality navigation has so far only been available in Google’s own line-up of Pixel phones. It didn’t specify when users in the UK may get to see it – but it should come through over the next few weeks when you next update your version of Google Maps.‘There’s nothing like exploring a city on foot–it’s a great way to take in the sights and sounds of a new place.
