A Manhattan jury found the former president guilty Thursday on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

The Trump campaign later reported earning a record $34.8 million across all small donors following the verdict. Also signing the message were Sens. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., Roger Marshall, R-Kan., J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., Rick Scott, R-Fla., and Marco Rubio, R-Fla.
The letter continues, noting the senators will no longer allow Democrats to increase non-security spending, confirm political justice appointees or pass legislation unrelated to security.. “This is a call for Senate Republican Conference unity. Now is a time for choosing. Will we let the Republic fall or are we going to do something about it?”
