Gordon Ramsay has been spilling some wedding plans on behalf of daughter Holly and Adam Peaty as he reveals his honest thoughts on his future son in law.
Gordon Ramsay said he couldn’t “ask for anyone better” to marry daughter Holly ahead of her nuptials to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty. Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show this week, the Scots chef reveals some details about the impending ceremony, as well as his honest thoughts on his future son in law.
Speaking about Holly and her engagement to Adam on Friday night, the Scots chef lets slip some big details about what they have planned when they say 'I DO' and it's set to be a festive affair.Touching upon the speech he’ll deliver at the wedding, Gordon jokes: “It’s going to be something short and simple - don’t fuck this up!” Gordon adds, “He’s so grounded. Those two get on so well. It’s a blessing.” Adam popped the question in September last year, sharing the news on Instagram with an adorable snap of Holly showing off the chunky diamond ring. Adam, 30, and Holly, 25, confirmed their relationship in June 2023 after meeting through Holly's sister Tilly, who competed on Strictly Come Dancing at the same time as him. Opening up about the proposal, Gordon reveals it was a no brainer when Adam asked for his and wife Tana's blessing. Gordon said: “Not really permission but he’s a very nice guy. He’s so down to earth and so focused and disciplined. He sat us down in Cornwall. Gordon Ramsay recipes and news He said ‘Holly is just the perfect woman. I’d like to get your blessing - from you and Tana for her hand in marriage’. It was that sort of amazing moment. Everything went quiet.
