It has a grand function room for residents
Eyesore Leeds bookies covered in graffiti to be turned into block of flats
The peacock room looks like something straight out of Downton Abbey. Long wooden hallways and decorated ceilings flow through the building and as residents in the apartment, you are free to use it for events and functions. The apartment comes with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living diner. The restored grade II listed building dating back to 1875 is set within the grounds of the Village Hotel in Far Headingley.
Below are some photos showing the apartment and the grandeur of the function room and accompanying hallways. Externally, the apartment comes with two allocated parking spaces, and use of the communal grounds.
