"I do think if it's Shapiro, that really moves Pennsylvania to the likely Democratic vote in November. He has an approval rating of over 60 percent, he's been a popular governor. I think he's made a good impression on a lot of people - not just Democrats," said David Barrett, a professor of political science at Villanova University."The vice presidency is a tricky kind of an office.
