It is welcome news that the Government has pledged to ban those non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that are designed to keep employees from reporting potentially unlawful behaviour to the police.
The move comes after a Telegraph investigation revealed how Sir Philip Green, the retail tycoon, used NDAs to silence and pay off at least five members of staff who accused him of sexual harassment and racism.
