The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has provided 8 agrarian reform beneficiaries’ organizations (ARBOs) with equipment and starter kits worth P3 million to boost cattle production.

The Department of Agrarian Reform has provided 8 agrarian reform beneficiaries’ organizations with equipment and starter kits worth P3 million to boost cattle production.

The provision of equipment and starter kits is part of DAR’s Sustainable Livelihood Support under the Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support program which aims to sustain the farmer’s agricultural productivity amid the challenge posed by climate change and natural calamities. The Bangad Multi-purpose Cooperative received a rototiller, motorcycle with a hauler sidecar, grass cutter, and 3 cattle heads. The Igang ARB Multi-Purpose Cooperative also received a rice thresher, tri-bike, and 3 cattle heads.
