Padres prospect Graham Pauley up to three homers at Triple-A El Paso
Graham Pauley continues to stay top of mind. The 23-year-old prospect hit his third homer for Triple-A El Paso in a 7-4 loss on Wednesday. Pauley was 1-for-4 with a walk. He played all nine innings at third base and has seen time in left field since he was optioned to the minors last week. Through seven games in the Pacific Coast League, Pauley is hitting .280/.419/.640 with eight RBIs and six walks against just two strikeouts.
Corpus Christi 7, Missions 3: RHP Jared Kollar struck out four and allowed three runs on six hits in five innings in the loss. RHP Reggie Lawson allowed two runs on two hits and two walks in two innings. 3B Marcos Castañon , RF Robert Perez Jr. and C Brandon Valenzuela all had doubles. CF Jakob Marsee went 0-for-4 with a strikeout. 1B Nathan Martorella went 0-for-3 with a walk and three strikeouts.
Dayton 3, TinCaps 2: LHP Jagger Haynes allowed three runs in 1⅔ innings in the start. 1B Griffin Doersching went 3-for-4 with his first steal. DH Ethan Salas went 1-for-2 with a double, an RBI and three walks. LOW SINGLE-A LAKE ELSINORE Visalia 10, Storm 5: DH Dillon Head went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI, a walk and a run scored. RF Braedon Karpathios went 1-for-2 with three walks and SS Jay Beshears , 1B Romeo Sanabria and 2B Chase Valentine all walked twice.
