Kerry added: "The housing officer from the council said it was a health and safety concern and it should be fixed straight away but I am still waiting."I have had so many promises. For over a year we have been waiting to temporarily move out and have had all our things in bags and boxes.
"Kerry, who has lived in the two-bed terraced house for 20 years, says she doesn't want to move as she likes all her neighbours and there is a nature reserve at the back of the property.
