Collingwood have issued a guarantee that all of their priority one members will receive a grand final ticket, including the 37 that missed out because they didn’t select standing room as an option in the ballot.
The Pies called for the AFL to increase competing club allocation from 17,000 to 20,000 and on Ticketek to “improve their system” in a statement released on Monday, in which they also said that any priority one member that was given a standing room ticket in the ballot would be upgraded to a seated ticket.AFL Photos
“We have been informed that 700 members whose credit cards either failed or had insufficient funds are not at risk of losing their allocation,” CEO Craig Kelly said.“Every single priority one member who registered for the grand final ballot will receive a ticket to the 2023 AFL grand final. “Anyone who is a P1 member and were given a standing room ticket – that will be changed from standing room to an allocated seat.“I want to be clear, priority two and priority three members were not allocated tickets prior to P1, however, accessible requirement members were fulfilled yesterday [Sunday].
