Geoffrey Maurice Walker, known as Geoff, died on December 16 last year with his wife Irene by his side. "As he entered the building via the revolving door it slowed or stopped which caused him to fall," area coroner Kate Bisset said. "Mr Walker sustained traumatic fractures in the fall and was admitted for pain management. In the course of his admission, Mr Walker developed infections and his pre-existing health conditions deteriorated.
