ScotRail has confirmed that no extra trains will be provided to ferry runners to the start line on Sunday, October 6, meaning anyone wishing to travel by rail would miss the 8.30am start of the race.

Great Scottish Runners have been left out of puff over Glasgow 's lack of running trains as over 30,000 people are set to descend on the city centre.
