Greater Manchester could be in for a final few days of summer sun, with temperatures of up to 25C this weekend, according to forecasters.
As the UK is set to bask in temperatures close to 30C in some areas, Greater Manchester is expected to see its fair share of the warm and sunny weather. So don't swap the sunnies for your winter coat just yet - it could be the last beer garden weekend of the season! Temperatures should start to rise on Friday according to the Met Office, with largely sunny or cloudy conditions forecast across the region.
Saturday is forecast to bring more sunshine and warmth, with sunny intervals changing to partly cloudy by early evening. It will be slightly cooler, with highs of 23C.
