Overnight road closure not far from Lincoln County Hospital

The works will be carried out in two sections – Sewell Road to Monks Manor Drive, followed by Monks Manor Drive to Greetwell Close.Cllr Richard Davies, executive member for highways, said: “Following on from our resurfacing works at Rookery Lane earlier this year, the team is now preparing to carry out up to four weeks of improvement works at Greetwell Road.
“This isn’t a small job, as the team will be removing large sections of the current carriageway and replacing it with 1,100 tonnes of stone and new tarmac.
