Gregg Wallace reveals his anxiety battles became so bad rashes appeared on his face.
Gregg Wallace has opened up about undergoing therapy to manage anxiety since his stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
Gregg added: “I was having a really tough time. I was really, really stressed… so badly that the side of my face broke out into a rash, like cold sores.” Gregg told The Mirror: “I was due to do the dance that night and I called her up and said, ‘Are you free? Can you come and help me?’ She jumped in the car, came into my dressing room and had me in floods of tears. But I went out and danced.”
"Through therapy I found the source of my anxiety. My mum married my dad, an electrician from Peckham, at 17 and had an affair with a man called Jerry. I was the result, but she stayed with my dad and had another son ten years later."
