The former presenter and judge stepped away from the cookery show after several women made claims about him

Strictly Come Dancing star Grace Dent is reportedly set to be announced as Gregg Wallace's replacement on MasterChef.

Gregg has continued to deny any wrongdoing, with his lawyers insisting "it is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature." However, he is reportedly set to be replaced by food critic Grace. The 51-year-old has a plethora of experience under her belt, having written about food for years, the Mirror reports. As well as appearing on MasterChef regularly as a critic, she has had stints on Strictly and I'm A Celebrity.

"She's knowledgeable about food and opinionated, plus it's great to have a woman as a judge on the show. It will shake things up and give the series the boost it needs after such an upsetting and uncertain time." Both Gregg and Grace's reps have been approached for comment. A BBC spokesperson declined to comment.
