The report into the deaths of 72 people in a fire at Grenfell Tower is due to be published more than seven years after the blaze.
The long-awaited report into the Grenfell Tower fire which killed 72 people is to be published on Wednesday morning.
Metropolitan Police officers leading the criminal probe into the Grenfell Tower fire have “one chance to get our investigation right”, Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stuart Cundy said as he warned it would take up to 18 months to go through the Inquiry report “line by line”.
The west London tower block was covered in combustible products because of the “systematic dishonesty” of firms who made and sold the cladding and insulation, inquiry chairman Sir Martin Moore-Bick said.
